Lost 20 Kg + from October 1997 to June 1998
Having business breakfasts and lunches on a daily basis soon started taking its toll. I gained weight, became unfit and I was very susceptible to illness. After starting on the Herbalife products, I managed to lose 20kg and have maintained it since 1998.
I also started running marathons for the first time as a result of weighing less and having a lot of extra energy. I completed the well known Comrades Marathon several times.
With the new Shapeworks programme, I increased my lean body muscle and improved on my performance times.
